I am so happy to say that my 2nd book proposal went up for approval last Friday and it's a definate go! With the first you go in knowing nothing about publishing so you just kind of go by faith that you're doing it right and the publisher will like it. Now that I know the whole process, I will take the time to really enjoy it. I've had this idea in my head for a really long time and it's not quite like any how-to craft book I've seen. It will be a combination of all things I love, intertwining story telling into my crafts. Because it's a bit different I really didn't have this grand feeling it would happen. I just sat back and waited for the approval, even after starting it. I felt someone would publish it and I'm so glad that North Light decided to do so! The hard part will be keeping it all inside of me until I am allowed to talk more about the content!
